Hansel and Gretel

Money is scarse and there are too many mouths to feed. Hansel and Gretel's stepmother comes up with a solution: She convinces their father to abandon the children in the deepest forest. Left to themselves the siblings don't know how to find their way back home. They have no victuals and they are very hungry. Lured by the delicious goodies on the outside walls of a small cottage, they accept the old lady's invitation to eat and spend the night. She promises, after all, not to eat them... Next morning the children find out they are trapped: Hansel is locked up in a cage and the evil old lady makes Gretel slave away for her. Will they eventually beat the evil old witch?
